Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Â.
Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients.
Â.
Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support
Â.
Researching potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources. Qualifying leads from digital campaigns, conferences, references, tradeshows, etc.
Â.
Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients. Presenting and delivering information to potential clients.
Â.
Answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions.
Â.
Working with sales team when closing sale.
Â.
Co-ordination with Sales team on timely manner for logistics and delivery.
Â.
Tracking weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics.
Â.
Building pipelines with channel partners and team members to close sales.
Â.
Maintaining database (ERP and Zoho CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information.
Â.
Closing sales and working with client through closing process.
Â.
End to end coordination with internal team for Invoicing and Logistics.
Â.
Maintaining Payment Trackers.
Skills and Experience:
Qualification:
Graduates/ Post Graduates from IT background
Experience:
2-5 years

In-depth understanding of IT and Network product and solutions, computing, virtualization services, Data centre (preferable) services

Knowledge of sales process from initiation to close
