Job Description

Sheets Creation and Update

• Create a Purchasing Order (PO) sheet which includes (Description, size, color, Due date, Cost, Total cost, etc.).
• Analyze the new collection, and update the no. of items on PO sheet.
• Create, and update Coding sheet includes (Model pictures, fabrics, sizes, cost per item, suppliers, cost for branches etc.).
• Create and update Allocation sheets (no. of POs, suppliers, due date of receivables, colors, model name, etc.).

Documents and Reports

• Review, Scan, and Send all POs to all concerned departments.
• Follow up with merchandising on the manufactured products
• Report and follow-up receivables from suppliers to make sure of the due date which settled.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in any related discipline.
• 0-1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Advanced skills in using Microsoft office; word, excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to interpret, analyze, and write reports.
