Job Description
- Due to the governments Saudization policy the role is only open to Saudi nationals.
- Develop and deliver health and safety plans.
- Implement policies to establish a strong culture of health and safety.
- Conduct training and presentations for health and safety matter.
- Continually monitor compliance to international construction best practices as well as the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's rules and regulations.
- Conduct inspections and/or observations and ensure contractors are working in accordance with client procedures and good international construction industry practices and participate in the scheduling of safety meetings across site locations to review HSE performance
- Investigate accidents or incidents to discover causes and handle worker’s compensation claims and provide regular written management reports, as well as other production-related results and updates to the senior management team.
