Job Description
- Assure the support of the daily operations to achieve Sales Targets, through performing tasks assigned by FINE Solutions Manager, FINE Solutions Section Head and the Sales Supervisor.
- Follow up on special-print products (private label), designs, and forms according to the instructions of Sales Representatives.
- Follow up on client order-delivery with the distribution section on daily basis.
- Follow up on dispatched products to insure timely delivery.
- Works as a liaison officer between sales reps, and other departments; data entry; printing press; production; distribution; finance and accounting; warehouse; logistics;
- Reports daily to the FINE Solutions Manager various KPI's on sales orders, out of stocks, dead stocks, current sock levels, private label completed and pending orders, product related issues, competitors, trends and client related feedback.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 1 Year of experience in related field.
- Excellent English Language
- Excellent Computer Skills
