Job Description
- Develop effective communication platforms for clients and staff.
- Inspire repeat-business from clients.
- Develop proposals and RFP Documents for submission.
- Work on Brand and UX/UI presentations.
- Conduct customer service workshops and presentations.
- Monitor and measure client satisfaction.
- Liaise with different departments about client queries.
- Offer advice to clients on services and products.
- Develop surveys and capture client information.
- Strategize, plan and manage branding, UX/UI and other digital projects with internal teams involved.
- Deal with client requests and troubleshoot problems.
- Improve client strategic approach and relationship growth approach.
- Be involved in and a key team player in organizational leadership and strategic planning.
