- Generating invoices and account statements
- Maintaining accounts receivable files and records
- Producing monthly financial and management reports
- Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all paymentsare accountedfor andproperlyposted.
- Follow up on, collect and allocate payments
- Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities
- Generate and review AR aging to ensure compliance
- Follow established procedures for processing receipts, cash etc
- Assist with month-end closing
- Mathematical Reasoning: The ability to choose the right mathematical methods or formulas to solve a problem.
- Documenting/Recording Information: Entering, transcribing, recording, storing, or maintaining information in written or electronic/magnetic form.
Job Requirements
- BA degree of Commerce English Section.
- Min. 1 Years of experience the credit controlling & A/R Accounting.
- Excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Advanced experience with MS Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Max age: 30 years old
