You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailo Directs and manages the activities of the assigned personnel in KHUH and performs supervisory duties at the level established by management.
o Plans day-to-day KHUH catering activities and manage such activities to ensure efficient execution. Includes ensuring availability of sufficient manpower, food & beverage stock to meet daily requirements, proper operations of catering and related equipment.
o Ensures optimal manpower productivity by planning assignment of responsibilities and tasks.
o Reviews production work flow and ensures the preparation and storage of meals is as per strict adherence to established hygiene standards during all stages of preparation, storage and delivery to the patients.
o Ensures that a proper system and procedures are maintained for ordering and receiving of goods and updating the documents of the items movements. Ensures optimum levels of stock are on hand to avoid over stocking, wastage and shortages.
