Job Description
- Lead Finance Operations Team
- Full responsibility over Financial Operations Processes, controls & accounting
- Lead a team of 9 split between local and shared services
- Assist HoFo in setting department strategies, priorities, resourcing and organization structure
- Oversee and accountable for Finance Operations areas i.e. Fixed Assets, Commissions, Payables, Inventory, Leases, Travel & expenses. (Including associated ICFR controls)
- Directing the team in identifying risk areas, control gaps and set the required efficiencies to ensure internal controls and smooth processes
- Support the FinOps team in delivering company’s objectives through effective communication, coaching, directing & team evaluation
- Build and maintain effective relation with internal stakeholders (Technology, Commercial, HR & Business Units) and external stakeholders (Vendors, Enterprise customers, Dealers & Auditors)
