Job Description
- Support the Spine and NICC delivery teams in the preparation of Land Use permits for the temporary facilities supporting the construction work.
- Identification of interfaces generated through the development of the Land use permits.
- Coordination between Bechtel Design and Construction Manager with NEOM Project Delivery Teams (i.e. other NEOM Projects), NEOM Sectors (e.g. Water, Energy, Environment, Urban Development)
- Support the NEOM Spine and NICC Project delivery teams in dealing with NEOM Government Affairs and external agencies.
- Coordinating and expediting permits and letters of authorization for construction activities.
- Develop and maintain a database of action items arising from permit reviews and applications and following through on these actions through to completion.
