Job Description
- Issues, receives, and coordinates prequalification process
- Maintains and provides status of packages
- Assists with the development of bidders' lists, may form bid request packages
- Assists project with non-disclosure agreements and local content planning/reporting
- Communicates with bidders and project personnel to establish clear definition of requirements
