Job Description
- Act as the BDM for Infrastructure GBU Proposals involving SABCO/BSEC including:
- The development of screening documents.
- The development of win plans.
- The identification of value propositions.
- The management of proposal budgets.
- Liaison with prospective clients.
- The preparation of Management Approval Letters (MALs).
- The routine management of prospects in the Infrastructure GBU’s Dynamics reporting system.
- Input to the management of the SABCO/BSEC stakeholder management plans.
- Liaison with BD Managers from the other GBUs (Energy, M&M, NS&E).
- Liaison with Bechtel’s wider proposal teams in London and Reston to provide KSA-specific advice.
