Job Description
- High-quality fact finding, assessment, preparation and/or advice relating to Contractor or Sub-Contractor claims including:
- Maintenance of accurate and up to date Project claims records and related information on Fileshare etc.:
- Application of Contract clauses and principles to the assessment and preparation of claims (merit, liability, cost and schedule etc.):
- Production of high quality, clear and concise written Contractor claims, assessments and related correspondence or advice;
- Provide claims identification, development and presentation support to the Project team, managing the resolution of claims as required;
- Working with Construction, Engineering, Project Controls and Procurement etc. to investigate possible claims as part of claim preparation;
- Possible liaison with Client representatives or other relevant third parties to review CWJV claims assessments and agree strategy for pursuing;
