Job Description
- Deputizes for Commercial Director when on rotational leave and other occasions as required.Functional ManagementOperate as an extension of the Bechtel Infrastructure Manager of Contracts & Procurement to support the project's diverse and rapidly growing Contracts team.Lead Contracts staffing efforts to define and communicate personnel requisitions from the project team and coordinate fulfillment activities with Contracts Managers responsible for candidate selection. Bechtel is committed to diversity.Lead project onboarding and training delivery responsibilities for Contracts personnel joining the project. Present training modules on project as needed or requested by the Project Commercial Manager and Infrastructure C&P Functional Manager.
