Job Description
- Leads the country logistics operations team and the t-patrol team.
- Monitors, and improves the performance of the logistics operations team.
- Defines and optimizes processes and SLAs to meet operational requirements.
- Leads the team to complete Ad-hoc tasks and projects.
- Owns monitoring and improving rider quality, and resolution of rider issues.
- Drives focus of the operations team towards current issues.
- Responsible for rider issues reporting and resolution.
- Acts as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders for topics involving the fleet.
- Tracks and reports progress of rider quality KPIs.
- Upskills the operations team members and helps them grow.
