Job Description
- Welcome each customer that walks through the door.
- Answer questions about services provided by Ikarus in a polite and engaging manner.
- Provide recommendations on Ikarus services to customers.
- Process purchases of trip tickets to Failaka.
- Manage bookings through the Ikarus reservations software.
- Coordinate with the marine operations department to stay up to date on schedule changes.
- Achieve a monthly sales target assigned by the department.
