Responsibilities Coordinates the implementation of career plans in the Region by relating current personnel with defined key positions. Ensures the development of key personnel.
Identifies and responds to position requirements by identifying and securing the necessary resources for the area.
Analyzes organizational structures and future objectives to ensure selected resources are adequately integrated intoorganization.
Ensures the application of the Performance Appraisal Process.
Coordinates the People Review Process in the Region by monitoring the talent pool, identifying and forecasting open positions, and analyzing and proposing transfers and promotions.
Maintains relationship with educational institutions to ensure adequate flow of qualified personnel for future employment with and availability of viable candidates in accordance with Annual Recruitment Program.
Coordinates design and execution of Internship Program.
Complies with policies, procedures and management standards, and ensures adherence with all laws and regulations that apply to the area of responsibility.
Proactively motivates, coaches, communicates with and develops his/her staff and manages HR related activities in line with Human Resources norms and procedures. Protects from damage, theft or misuse the facilities, equipment and other physical resources assigned to his/her area
