The role of the Technical Assistant is to assist the Business Support Manager by providing technical and administrative support for all contractual requirements within the project
Produce spreadsheets that track invoicing to client for core team activities
Review sub-contractor invoices for accuracy and process when approved for payment
Prepare authorisation sheets for salary additions/subtractions
Produce letters as directed and track project correspondence
Support camp admin staff with information on personnel and maintain a daily location log of all project personnel
Maintain an up to date organisation chart and contact list
Liaise between in-country management / supervision and Sharjah Office for HR and general administration.
Good understanding of the visa and local employment rules and regulations pertaining to Iraq.
Fully conversant with all aspects of micro-soft office.
Take and distribute minutes from management meetings
Become aware of the projects technical reporting processes to ensure good communication.
Support management to ensure the Site Office working culture is structured and time managed.
Be conversant with project KPI’s and support their delivery and attainment at all times
Compile the project weekly and monthly reports in the correct template
Compile or receive detailed written Handover prior to; and completion of leave and/or field breaks
Carry out HSE Audits as directed by the Manager
Be conversant with COMPANY'S safety Golden rules
Have a full awareness of the Company Code of Conduct and Business Ethics.
