Job Description
- Prepare, tubing design and Completion designs.
- Develop all completions, testing & stimulation programs.
- Assess risks and deficiencies in Company planning for recommendations & mitigations.
- Review offset experience to capture lessons.
- Provide operational surveillance for program compliance & operational contingencies & unforeseen issues.
- Write/Review all completion, intervention and workover programs and associated amendments.
- Responsible for evaluating data, optimizing well performance, cost management, and implementing new technologies to bring the greatest value to the Company.
- Assist the completions engineers/personnel and supervise preparation of well decision support package documents.
- Monitor and support daily wells completion, intervention, and workover operations, as applicable
- Ensure an integrity programme for completion equipment, tools & services (including personnel) is in place and functioning.
- Monitor and support daily wells completion, intervention, and workover operations, as applicable
- Engineering modelling (WellCAT, Well plan, Prosper, etc.) as required to support operations delivery at well site.
- Responsible for performing CWOPs and Washup meetings in support for finalizing programs and reviewing its execution.
- Provide rig site operational support during execution phase working closely with senior completion engineer and supervisors for operations.
