Job Description
- Manage overall safety, fire safety, security, trading standards, public health, housing, and disability within allocated hotels
- Monitor Engineering/Procurement/Construction/Commissioning FLS requirements.
- Actively reduce guest complaints relating to health and safety, fire safety.
- Reduce guest civil claims
- Audit the hotel to confirm Health and Safety compliance.
- Train Safety issues to managers, supervisors and colleagues
- Liaise with outside contractors and sales staff on matters of Safety.
- Assist the facilities department in monitoring contractors and enforcing Health and Safety standards as required
- To be able to conduct inspections and ensure that contractor is coordinating and conducting inspections to check the installation related to FLS equipment prior handover at site.
