Job Description
- Review procurement work directives and procurement data packages for regulatory compliance, clarity and completeness. Resolve problems encountered in performance work statements or specifications with customer.
- Analyze the requirement, determine the type of contract, establish acquisition milestones and prepares the procurement plan. Write/review justifications for sole source and other documentation for adequacy and pertinence.
- Prepare basic contract and secures required approvals from appropriate authorities.
- Responsible for conducting vendor queries in the Joint Contingency Contracting System.
