Job Description
- Supervises employees in process and assembly areas, plans and assigns work to meet the capability of employee work classifications and balances to meet production requirements.
- Ensures employees are using the correct work methods, tools, equipment and observing safe working practices in compliance with WHS regulations.
- Provides guidance, motivation and mentoring to ensure individuals are productive and satisfied with their work environment.
- Collates data on production output, rework, quality defects and reports on performance to the Service Manager.
