Job Description
- Cash Management & Optimization To assess, monitor, plan and manage the cash flow requirement and credit facilities of the company in coordination with local banks and corporate treasury. Evaluate alternative long-term borrowing strategies and make recommendations Maintaining and managing Forex risk through hedging policy & mechanism (as applicable) Lead cash optimization projects to help company generate additional free cash flow Optimize interest cost by managing funds, plan payments & collection, borrowing preferences.
- Manage day-to-day treasury operations Review of payment runs, manual payments and intercompany settlement/netting. Review of Vendor /customer bank details Prepare company's cash flow forecasts every month and perform cash flow planning and optimize efficiencies. Yearly Forecasting: Cash Flow & FX Budget in line with group guidelines. Cash Flow Forecasts (actual +3 months forecast) & FX for monitoring purposes To prepare, report all treasury and Foreign Exchange related deliverable required internally as well as externally. Liaise with corporate treasury & subsidiary financing team Any other related task added from time to time.
- Maintain Banking relationship Monitoring and managing bank relationships Arrange timely Letter of Credit (LC), guarantee, loan etc. issuance and confirmation Prepare, review bank related documents such as KYC, update information, financials, forecast, letters, requests etc. Manage changes in Banking power with the bank Ensure bank/credit facilities are in place and timely updated Manage bank online payment system Support P2P in corporate credit cards management
