Job Description
- Communicate with and assist LMI Stakeholders over E-mail.
- Communicate with and assist LMI Stakeholders over the phone.
- Communicate with and assist LMI Stakeholders over Whatsapp.
- Follow up on any lost Cash by a Fleeter till it is resolved.
- Follow up on any shipment lost by a Fleeter and investigate it till resolved.
- Follow up on any consignee complaint filed against a Fleeter till it is resolved.
- Stay updated with latest on-goings of Fleeters as a community and resolve their issues.
