Job Description
- Partner with the business on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, performance management, career development, and compensation planning
- Participate in business planning to ensure alignment of HR initiatives with the business goals
- Collaborate with the business for the creation of a high performance culture by implementing team and organizational solutions, and providing measurable performance indicators and improvement plans
- Act as the organizational development advisor to leadership and help facilitate initiatives across the organization. Diagnose organizational problem areas and advise management on organizational development strategies to employ
