Job Description
- Lead the work in securing good relations with all the media and especially with those that are focused on home furnishing.
- Publish all press releases and are responsible for the content of these.
- Secure that the local media in each country receive sufficient support so that positive articles about product news or happenings are written that support the IKEA brand’s general marketing activities in each country. Lead the planning of the media around marketing activities inviting journalists, bloggers and other media influencers.
- Secure that all managers that need digital media training receive this training and support all store managers with local media contacts.
- If there are any situations where the IKEA brand is involved in media attention due to any cause, secure that all media coverage is done in a way that does not have any negative effect on the IKEA brand or reputation.
