Job Description
- Develop, implement, and monitor a social media strategy for TYO.
- Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video) that builds awareness, meaningful connections and encourages community members to support TYO.
- Manage and lead on all content and campaigns on all TYO social media profiles.
- Collaborate with the programs team to plan and take engaging content for social media.
- Launch social media campaigns and implement strategies for individual content posts.
- Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization and curation ideas.
- Conducting advertisement campaigns on social media platforms to expand followers/reach.
- Creating a local and global network through a database for donors, NGO and private sector persons, and social media influencers to enhance awareness on TYO locally and globally.
- Attend local conferences/events in and outside of TYO and present reports to the team.
- Measure and report on social media activity and campaigns- as requested by the supervisor.
