Job Description
- The Resource Mobilization Specialist (RMS) main objective is to support the Country Office (CO) in creating and driving strategic and proactive resource mobilization approaches, including improved donor and internal CARE engagement/visibility and implementation of RM processes and tools (e.g., proposal development, RM knowledge management, RM reporting, etc.).
- The RMS will play a key role in linking CO existing and future programs with relevant donors. S/he will facilitate regular CO discussions to drive RM priorities, support in developing RM strategy, and identify, track, and facilitate decision making related to pursuing funding opportunities.
