Job Description
- Strong experience in Telecom Fixed line Network System including PSTN, Fiber and Copper technologies. Data Technologies ADSL VDSL and Fiber Voice Technologies PSTN, IMS and NGN. Good Understanding for IT systems including CRM, Granite, Provisioning and Activation, Order Management, HDM, Remedy and JIRA Network Systems Understanding including Core - PSTN (5ESS, EWSD), Huawei NGN Soft-switch, SHLR, IMS (ATS, ENUM, HSS) Supporting field operations team to manage the auto-activation failures of different Network systems Knowledge of supplementary codes added advantage Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment Good oral and written communication skills, customer service skills & interpersonal skills
