Job Description

  • Responsible for preparing the monthly payroll data, including edit the newcomers, the final settlement for resigned employees, any deductions or compensation.
  • Maintain employment records related to events, such as hiring, termination, and leaves.
  • Responsible for posting the allowances and penalties.
  • Assist Salaries Transactions.
  • Track employees' absence, and send legal warnings accordingly.
  • Managing social insurance system.
  • Responsible for all Personnel activities and dealing with government authorities, such as labour office, social insurance authorities, and medical insurance and build a strong relationship with them.

Job Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience as HR personnel.
  • Maximum age 30
  • Very Good command of the English language.
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Office.
