Job Description
-Perform periodic review of all risk policies / risk taxonomy / relevant bye-laws in a timely manner by incorporating new changes in regulations / value additions.
-Prepare new risk policies if required based on the functional requirements.
-Perform the analytical functionswith respect to the impact of policy changes / updations on key risk metrics.
-Liaise with other divisions to ensure formalization of policies and procedures.
-Participate in new ERM related projects like IBOR / ESG / Basel IV, etc.
-Assist the Secretary to ALCO / CIC(AGM – ERM) for investment items by organizing periodic meetings by sending agenda items, noting minutes, etcensuring compliance with respective byelaws.
