Demand Manager

Job Description

• Influence demand team’s strategy and contribute significantly to team planning.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, with highest quality within the scope and the assigned budget.
• Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
• Ensure resource availability and allocation.
• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Report and escalate to management as needed.
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Hold meetings with the clients to get the specific requirements of each project.
• Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
• Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis.
• Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members.
• Attend conferences and training as required to maintain proficiency.
• Develop spreadsheets, diagrams, and maps to document needs.
• Identify demand forecast risks and develop effective mitigation plans
• Schedule regular forecast review meetings with Directors
• Work with teams to plan, coordinate and execute demand planning activities
• Undertake project management activities alongside demand planning role as required
• Drive best practices and set standards for demand team.
• Collaborate with different partners to be more productive.

Job Requirements

• Has direct experience in project/program management.
• At least 7 years in project management.
• Has desire and commitment to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Has excellent communication skills
• Has excellent time management skills
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business or similar tracks
• PMP certificate is preferred
• MBA holder is preferred.
