Job Description

• Handle daily complaints internal with our departments and external with biller if needed in various issues payment or technicality
• Conduct required material for how to use the device
• Train new corporate merchant to know how to use our device
• Handle daily complaints internal with our departments and external with biller if needed payment or technicality
• Handle daily complaints related to device itself and define the issue should be sent to maintenance team or can be handled
• Payment complaints and investigate internal and external with biller
• investigate in escalation related any contest or loyalty program operating by company or by biller
• Technical issues related to biller
• Align with call center team lead to share required information for any new service or tool
• Handle any issue with any service on production and make sure that issue fixed
• Handle any reconciliation issues with any biller and align with finance team to make sure that reconciliation is handled smoothly

Job Requirements

• 3 years’ experience in filed E-payment or Telecom
• Time management
• problem solving
• Excellent communications and presentation skills
• Excellent in MS Office excel , word and PowerPoint
