Job Description
- Carry out Facility and Compound Administrator duties in a hands-on manner at the SABCO Housing Complex (s) that may include supervision of the use of the recreational facility, landscaping, and overall compound activities. Responsible for the day to day running of the facilities; ensures the facility is maintained (clean and organized) on a regular basis; assists with the planning and preparation of events in the recreational facility; Carry out full inventory checks of the recreational facility and equipment on regular basis; carry out compound administration that may include gatehouse admin; swimming pool admin, safety measures and maintenance. Provides housing maintenance assistance when necessary and other related duties as tasked by the Facility Manager. Provide general maintenance with hands on supervision of maintenance contract employees that will include working alongside of the maintenance people in completing maintenance tasks.
