Job Description
- Installs Engineering, Procurement and Construction Software, including CAD applications for end users
- Supports Microsoft Teams, SharePoint and Office 365 applications
- Software help and coordination with corporate teams
- Documents application deployment and help guides
- Develops and supports Process Director automated workflows from BPLogix
- Supports MS SQL Server, SSRS reports
- Develops and supports dashboards and PowerBi reports
- Assists with database software and tools installs, database software upgrades, database migrations and monitoring.
- Assists with application/database refreshes and management.
