Job Description
- Leads staffing of project positions on project through internal/external hiring process
- Supports onboarding activities
- Provides support through career development conversations and mentoring
- Supports annual performance and compensation reviews
- Provides consultation, technical direction and administrative guidance to staff on project, guides and directs support groups
- Reviews project plans, standard engineering details and specifications for constructability and conformance to regulatory requirements
- Reviews the preparation of field manuals, construction standards and construction guidelines
- Sponsors and supports the automation development programs related to work execution
- Develops and implements training for construction team, including technical and supervisory
