Job Description

  • Law degree(s) or equivalent from accredited law school.
  • Qualified to practice law in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia or common law jurisdiction, with exposure to local regulatory bodies.
  • 8+ years’ combined experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide variety of public and private sector legal agreements, and handling corporate governance matters including drafting resolutions and other materials for boards of directors, and regulatory filings for parent and subsidiary organizations.
  • 2+ years’ experience in employment matters, dispute resolution, ethics and compliance.
  • Private practice and in-house legal experience.
  • Ability to read, write and converse in English and Arabic in business context.
  • Experience serving scientific or research-oriented clients or in a scientific, research or non-profit organization.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Excellent problem solving and conflict management skills.
