Job Description

1- Pre-sales manager will be responsible as the expert for formulating and leading presalestechnical / functional support activity to prospective clients and customers while ensuringcustomer satisfaction.

2- Leads and acts as a technical resource and mentor for presales team members, to provide themost optimal design and price to win against competition.

3- Focuses on large or complex sales opportunities that need creative and complex solutions.

4- Develops productivity tools and training for other presales engineers, to drive higher efficiencyand faster response to the customers

5- Provide the business unit manager with regular feedback summary on presented solutions /quotations, win or loss rates and suggest improvements based on sales data.

6- Manage the presales team performance management, take necessary action of development,coaching or replacement of low performers in due time to ensure on-time response to thecustomers

7- Develops and delivers outstanding automation solutions presentations and demonstrations tocustomers when needed

8- Leads all aspects of the technical presales process.

Requirements

Qualifications

1. Bachelor engineering degree, preferably in Electrical, Electronics or Industrial engineering

2. Prove experience for 10+ year in presales for automation solution mainly with; RockwellAutomation, Schneider, Siemens and Wonderware

3. Mimum 5 years of experience presales leadership position in the same field.

4. Previous experience with any of the above-mentioned manufacturers is a plus

5. Good understanding of basic financial terminologies

6. Excellent communication and interaction skills

7. Six sigma, PMP or other relevant industry certification is a plus

8. Arabic language is plus
