Job Description
- Liaise with Finance Manager and leads the accounts team as and when required.
- Liaise with SP &FR Manager in terms of costing transactions, inventories, and periodic and ad hoc financial reports
- Responsible for day to day finance and accounts operations
- Handle full spectrum of financial and cost accounting role e.g. AR, AP, GL, journal entries.
- Verify and post pending supplier invoices
- Review and verify stock status reports across sales locations.
- Verifies and reports group's funds positioning.
- Responsible for timely monthly consolidated financial statements, payments, cash-flow management reporting for submission to the CEO. Review & approve payment vouchers & journal entries
- Reconciles transactions in Microsys /Ameen /AX Dynamics.
- Monitors Warehouse Item creation file and transfers (IN/OUT) Verifies monthly entries for Depreciation/ Leavers / Indemnity. Reviews and posts salaries
- Reviews Trial Balance & adjustment entries
- Reviews Daily Sales Report. Performing any other task as assigned from Line Manager
