Job Description
- Assist Customer Innovation Programs for COMPANYKuwait in collaboration with the local sales teams.
- Provide technical support to the company customers including artisans, Horeca, and food service industry related to Pastries, Bakery and Chocolate.
- Provide training to the company customers related to Pastries, Bakery and Chocolate with the latest techniques and skills.
- Coordinate with the sales for conducting Demos for company’s customers.
- Work on new innovative ideas, techniques and develop recipes,
- Provide cost and benefits advice to customers to insure long term relation with them.
- Participate in demos, seminars, fairs & exhibitions (both domestic and Regional) to promote COMPANYproducts.
- Provide tailor made product development for key customers. Offer technical support and follow up visits (development, adaptation, documentation) in coordination with the sales teams.
- Gather market information regarding market trends, competitive activity and requirements for the development of new and existing products.
- Demonstrate the quality and advantages of the COMPANY product towards the potential & existing customers in order to assist our sales team in their sales missions. Promote the products according to the COMPANY strategy
