This position is responsible for offering service contracts representing variety of spare parts and service sales, serving current clients and increasing client database, through development and growth of business volume
Handles full spare part requirements of corporate companies.
Build and maintain Business relations with corporate companies
creating strategy of retail sales and a wholesales strategy.
Improving and developing sales performance through premium service.
Closes sales by overcoming objections; asking for sales; negotiating price; completing sales or purchase contracts
Work closely with Parts, Service, and Sales to ensure parts availability and selling of parts
Selling and advising of sales and services for existing and new clients.
Follow up on parts deliveries and assist in collections of dues where necessary.
Address problems and communicate efficiently with customers and/or service department to a timely resolution.
Aggressively promote all current service and parts programs
