Job Description
- Review and practice/develop existing quality control protocol.
- Maintain all records digitally and as required in paper formats.
- Introduce new product quality check requirements based on food safety standards.
- Maintain food safety procedures in production or assembly process.
- Building protocols to ensure weight, packaging, labeling, branding, and other specifications comply with requirements.
- Ensure all training is scheduled and implemented.
- Maintain and manage all records for inspections and lead necessary Quality Control communications.
