Job Description
- Develop Rig out of Service scope of works & planning documents including scope to be executed while at operation.
- Develop 3-year & 5-year plan for operating rigs for regulatory inspection schedule, modification, upgrade, equipment recertification related scope.
- Develop Level 3 execution schedule for OOS scope of works
- Supervise / coordinate basic and detailed engineering to fulfill the project in accordance with the design criteria (as defined for the project, Company policies and standards).
- Conduct and organize rig inspections to define project scope to meet project objectives.
- Development of Project Work Breakdown Structure, specifications and work scopes.
- Assist Rig / Operations Manager to prepare OOS scope AFE and prepares project plan
- Interface and coordinate projects with, Supply Chain, Operations and relevant ARO teams.
- Prepare tender and issue RFQ to vendors to procure required materials & equipment procurement, recertification in accordance with Company standard.
