• Preparing financial analyses and reports.
• Preparing revenue projections and forecasting expenditure.
• Assisting with preparing and monitoring budgets.
• Maintaining and reconciling balance sheet and general ledger accounts.
• Assisting with annual audit preparations.
• Investigating and resolving audit findings, account discrepancies, and issues of non-compliance.
• Responsible for processing payroll and governmental reporting as well as preparing monthly, quarterly, and year-end payroll statements.
• Ensuring all payroll transactions are processed efficiently
• Collecting, calculating, and entering data in order to maintain and update payroll information
• Determining payroll liabilities by calculating employee income, Leave Payments, and other compensation and allowances
• Maintaining payroll operations by following policies and procedures
• Developing ad hoc financial and operational reporting as needed
