Job Description
- A minimum of 15 years of experience in operating and commissioning in the field of Refinery.
- At least 8years’ experience in a similar position leading and managing Operations Readiness project execution.
- In depth knowledge of refinery processes, specifically crude processing, hydrotreating, utilities, amine and sulphur units plus marine and tank farm.
- Experienced at leading and managing Operations Readiness activities between Owners Team and EPCM.
- Manage external consultants engaged to deliver Operations Readiness activities.
- Experienced and dealing with technologists in the delivery of unit performance test runs.
- Accountable for the Operations Workforce to Operate the plant safely, efficiently, and effectively from EPC handover for commissioning, start-up and operation.
- Strong people management and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience for renowned clients in region
