Job Description
- To effectively manage workers, motivating them to complete projects on schedule.
- To ensure that site workers comply with site rules and regulations while monitoring their work quality.
- to allocate work assignments on site as per the daily program
- To collaborate with clients, suppliers and other stakeholders to ensure all aspects of the project proceed as planned.
- To follow blueprints and construction plans, maintain equipment and manage paperwork.
- To ensure site image is in compliance with Company standards and policies
- To make sure all necessary measures are in place to abide by safety regulations.
