Job Description
- Ensure all asphalt plant, crusher plant operations, maintain the highest standards in safety, quality, schedule and maintenance.
- Responsible for maintaining all certifications, permits and inspections to be current and complete.
- Supervise asphalt/crusher plant operations to be properly staffed with qualified, well trained employees.
- Maintain asphalt/crusher materials at an optimum level and place material orders Reporting material.
- Maintain inventory in accordance with financial reporting requirements.
- Coordinate with corporate quality control/assurance staff.
- handle employee greivence and resolve thier daily routine issues at site.
- Work as the liaison between the company and its customers.
- Assess equipment and facility requirements and make recommendations for replacement or improvement.
- Maintain a current knowledge of industry advancements, specifications, safety standards and issues.
- Maintain a working knowledge of asphalt drum and batch plants and all associated facilities.
