- Adhere to health and safety standards
- Assist in the planning and development of menus for the bakery, ensure the correct preparation and presentation of a consistent level for all food items prepared through production and demonstration.
- Control labor and operating expenses through effective scheduling, purchasing decisions, and inventory control.
- Previous experience in international bakery chains is preferred
- Chocolate making, fondant cakes decoration or complex decoration are NOT required.
- Our Menu contains varieties of brownies, English pound cakes with different decoration, Fudge chocolate cake, Strawberry cake, eclairs, pie and tarts.
- Our strategy is to use simple decoration with high quality ingredients focusing on excellent mouthfeel and tasting sensation.
