Job Description
- Learning Brinc tools & materials inside-out to be a resource for teams
- Support with overall program administration and operations
- Support with events & training sessions (Virtual & Physical)
- Plan, schedule calendar invitations, booking training sessions with mentors
- Facilitate, organize and moderate training sessions with our mentors and startups
- Generate sessions summary and send reminders to the mentors and startups
- Gather program feedback data from the startups and track their progress
- Follow up with the startups on outstanding deliverables and updates
- Composing official letters (Demo day invitations, Visa invitation letters)
- Collect Visa required documents and application
- Circulating relevant news and announcements to the startups
- Coordinate and follow up with the Marketing team on program announcements
