Job Description

Responsible for securing new customers and maintaining and developing existing accounts.
Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made.
Meet and exceed target set in terms of contributing and generating revenue.
Maintain records of customer details / sales visits.
Identify potential customers; relentlessly pursue realization of such opportunities leading to revenue for the company.
Regularly visit existing accounts validating our service levels and develop new revenue streams.
Observe packaging operations inspects containers to verify conformance to specifications.
Request containers other supplies for delivery to workstations.
Negotiate with the accounts as per price guidelines given, looking to maximize profits.
Follow up on customer communications in a timely and professional manner.
Support Customer Service and work closely with Operations and Documentation on the execution of customer service contracts.
Prepare and submit daily/weekly Sales reports among other reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information to the GM.
Well awareness of Valuable and sophisticated materials packing.
Supervise and coordinate activities of workers engaged in packaging products materials for storage or shipment.
Track progress of the shipment details and follow up with operation staff.
Generate maximum revenue for the company with shipping/freight forwarding/Customs clearance/warehousing/packing etc.
Prepare presentations to the clients.
Manage and develop a portfolio of prospects and existing customers through building a strong customer relationship to ensure that customers needs are recognized and met.
Direct contact with prospective clients through personal visits and phone calls.
Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
Introduce various our products, Freight forwarding/Logistics/Customs clearance/warehousing/packing & Removals.
Perform other duties as assigned.
