Job Description
- You will align with Kitopi s business goals and lead the HR team provide guidance and advice as well as coaching to line managers on HR policies, procedures, and processes.
- Ultimately, you should be able to act as a consultant on human resources management and organizational changes.
- Provide onsite and offsite HR leadership, serving as the main point of contact for talent management, recruitment, learning, and employee relations issues for various business groups
- Participate in and execute key HR initiatives including staffing, performance management, organization planning, compensation planning, and employee development in KSA
- Proactively consult with business leaders on employee, managerial, organizational and business issues and work with various team members to provide effective, beneficial HR solutions to ongoing issues
- Contribute towards recruitment, onboarding employees and HR compliance effectively
